Easy as a 'Walk in the Park'

At our most recent 'Paper Angels' Group Demonstrators Meeting we decided to have a bit of fun and challenge ourselves to see what we could come up with, given selected materials and a 'time limit' - Oh no - the pressure I hear you saying. Well you should have seen these very talented demonstrators have fun creating all sorts of creations using the NEW 'Walk in the Park' Designer Series Paper from the Spring Mini Catalogue, coordinating cardstock, embellishments and a Hershey's Kiss. Firstly I was impressed that no group ate their Hershey, although this might have had something to do with the ready availability of Tim Tams and Mint Slice! It was great seeing each of the 4 groups working together with identical packs of materials to create simply uniquely beautiful ideas. It was a great demonstration of how it is possible to work with limited materials, especially when those materials are from Stampin' Up! as everything is coordinated from papers, to cardstock to ribbon and beyond.

Melissa, Rae, Amanda, Felicity and Bec created an amazing woven bag and gift card and their 'Master Chef' Style 'plating up' was impressive.

Marjorie, Sue, Colleen, Jen and Ursula were on a roll when they managed to use the entire challenge pack to create a variety of projects from a chocolate box to a decorated bag that the challenge materials were packed in!

Kathy, Kate and Faye created a really gorgeous coordinated gift card set, designed to be presented in the decorated bag - so beautiful!

Gail, Jen and Orrell cleverly made the chocolate the star - as should be! They made a cute little pocket on the front of the card to hold the Hershey as well as decorating the bag - another great gift idea.

But that's not all! We all made 2 lovely 'make & takes' and had some demonstrations, including Bec showing us her lovely ribbon rosette! We also had our 'Bella Rose' Challenge, which I will be posting shortly as well as chatting, eating choccy biscuits and generally having a great time.
